The book from the Ms. Zhuang Zuyi is about diet, but beyond the traditional way. The chef is a career to embody the multi - cultures in the world. From the anthropological point of view, Ms. Zhuang tries to appreciate the difference cultures of the world in a narrow field. She pointed out that the joy of life, meaning and philosophy.
