摘要
通过人工转育和早代检测定向选育方法,将同一遗传来源的控制中等直链淀粉含量基因同时转入母本与父本,培育直链淀粉含量近等双亲并配组杂交组合。结果表明:其杂交稻米粒间直链淀粉含量一致,解决了杂交稻米粒间直链淀粉含量分离问题。
By the method of artificial hybridization and directional selection,the genes controlling the character of medium amylose content were transferred to both the female parent and male parent and the parents of hybrid rice varieties with similar amylose content were bred,then rice hybrid combinations were made by these parents.The amylose content of the grains born by these hybrid rice combinations was similar to that of their parents and there was little difference of amylose content between the grains.So it solved the problem of the great separation of amylose content between the grains born by hybrid rice varieties.
