引进彩色马铃薯资源的农艺性状及块茎性状评价 被引量:15

摘要 对引自国际马铃薯中心的彩色马铃薯资源的农艺性状表现和块茎性状进行研究。结果表明,引进彩色马铃薯资源普遍长势好,适应性强,块茎薯形好,色彩丰富,适合云南彩色马铃薯新品种选育的需要。50份彩色马铃薯资源中有36份的肉色为红色或紫色,其中9份的肉色为纯红色,5份为纯紫色;G06-10的皮色和肉色均为黒紫色,可作为高色素含量品种选育的亲本,G06-5块茎色素极为特殊,为白皮红肉,这在彩色马铃薯品种中未见报道,可用于马铃薯块茎色素分离规律的遗传研究。 The agricultural characters and tuber qualities of color potato resources introduced from International Potato Center(CIP) were evaluated.The results showed that the introduced resources had good growth,good adaptability,nice shape and various color flesh.The 36 clones in 50 germplasms had color flesh,including 9 full red flesh clones and 5 full purple flesh clones.The clone G06-10 had dark purple skin and flesh,which was a good resource for high pigment content potato breeding.Especially,the clone G0-5 had white skin and red flesh,which had no reports about this kind of potato variety and it was suitable for potato pigment genetic research.
