摘要
为指导四川抗稻瘟病品种选育和合理布局,在四川蒲江、雅安和江油对含20个不同抗稻瘟基因的25个单基因系以及134个以杂交稻为主的四川水稻主栽品种进行了抗稻瘟病鉴定。结果表明,其中携带抗瘟基因Pi-km,Pi-kp,Pi-kh,Pi-z5或Pi-9(t)的抗稻瘟病单基因系在各病圃抗性表现较优。134个品种中98.48%的品种在蒲江和叙永叶瘟表现为感病,63.43%的品种在雅安叶瘟表现为感病;在各病圃均得到颈瘟数据的126个品种中,至少在一个病圃抗颈瘟的有4个,其中D优202在叙永、蒲江和雅安病圃叶瘟和颈瘟均表现为抗或中抗,而在各病圃颈瘟均严重感病(9级)的有27个品种。D香287叶瘟阶段在叙永和雅安表现为抗或中抗,颈瘟在叙永和蒲江也表现为抗病,而Q优2号在各试验地叶瘟颈瘟均表现为感病,这均与相应单基因系在各病圃抗性表现相一致。
In order to guide the breeding of rice blast resistance and reasonable layout of Sichuan,the resistance of 25 NILs carring single with known resistance genes and 134 commercial rice varieties were identified in Pujiang,Ya'an and Jiangyou of Sichuan.The results showed that the monogenic lines with Pi-km,Pi-kp,Pi-kh,Pi-z5 or Pi-9(t) had good resistance to rice blast.98.48 % varieties of 134 varieties were susceptible to leaf blast in Xuyong and Pujiang.63.43 % varieties of 134 varieties were susceptible to leaf blast in Ya'an.Among 126 varieties with neck blast data in every disease nursery,4 varieties had neck blast resistance in at least 1 disease nursery.D You 202 had moderately resistant to leaf and panicle blast disease in Xuyong,Pujiang and Ya'an.27 varieties were highly susceptible to panicle blast in all of the nurseries.D Xiang 287 had resistant or moderately resistant to leaf blast in Xuyong and Ya'an,resistant to panicle disease in Xuyong and Pujiang,whereas Q You No.2 was susceptible to leaf and panicle blast at all locations.It was all accordance to the results of the NILs in every disease nursery.
