山羊实验性冰川棘豆中毒临床症状和病理形态学观察

Observation of Toxic Clinical Symptoms and Pathomorphology of Oxytropis glacialis to Goats

20只实验山羊每日按10 g/kg.w剂量通过永久性瘤胃瘘管投喂冰川棘豆,观察实验山羊临床症状。待出现明显的临床症状后,解剖实验山羊,并取实质性器官进行病理组织学观察,研究冰川棘豆对实验山羊的毒性作用。结果表明,实验山羊在试验第15～18天出现轻度中毒症状,试验第33～39天出现重度中毒症状。肝脏、脾脏、大脑、小脑、肺脏、肾脏等实质性器官组织均出现不同程度的空泡变性,尤以小脑变化最为明显。

To study the toxic clinical symptoms and pathomorphology of Oxytropis glacialis to goats,twenty goats were fed with 10g/kg·w Oxytropis glacialis through the permanent rumen fistula each day,to observe the clinical symptoms of all the goats.After the distinct clinical symptoms appeard,the goats were anatomized and the pathological changes of the parenchymatous organs were observed.The results showed that the low-grade clinical symptoms of the goats appeared from the fifteenth to eighteenth day,the critical symptoms appeared from the thirty-third to thirty-ninth day.The liver,spleen,cerebrum,cerebellum,pulmo and kidney appeared distinc extent vacuolar degeneration and the cerebellum was more evident.
