摘要
研究了采用软锰矿氧化铁矾法除镍铁浸出液中大量Fe2+的工艺过程,主要考察了硫酸初始浓度、硫酸钠加入量、反应温度、浸出时间等因素对锰浸出率及沉铁率的影响,确定了最佳工艺,并对镍锰的分离方法做了简要说明。
The author adopts soft manganese ore in iron oxide jarodite to take off Fe2+ in nickel iron leaching solution, investigating sulfuric acid, sodium amount to join the initial concentration, reaction temperature, leaching time and others,such as manganese leaching rate and the influence to iron rate. It is determined that the optimum process of nickel manganese and the separation is a brief explanation of the method.
