关于安康民事案件执行情况的调查与思考

民事案件执行难是一个长期存在的问题。在对安康基层法院2008-2010年民事案件执行情况调研后认为,安康民事案件执行立案和案件执结率逐年上升,执行状况良好。为进一步提升民事案件执行力,根据安康经济社会文化发展状况和地理状况,安康的民事执行除采用多种强制方式外,应加强执行和解与劳务代替债务的执行方式。这样既有利于当事人关系恢复,也有利于社会和谐稳定。
