Research on Implementing National Defense Requirements in Expressway Construction

为适应新时期军事斗争交通准备的需要，提高国防交通快速反应能力和综合保障能力，针对当前高速公路不能完全适应军事运输需求的问题，从高速公路线路规划、高速公路服务区设施、快速机动设施及高速公路飞机跑道4个方面进行研究，提出了健全法规体系、建立技术标准、完善工作机制等对策措施。

To adapt to the requirements of traffic preparation in the military combat in the new period and improve the ability of national defense traffic quick response and compositive ensuring, this paper aims at the problem that expressway can＇ t fit the needs of military transportation and focuses on the 4 fields：expressway route planning , expressway service facilities , quick moving facilities and expressway airplane runway. It puts forward advices ： perfecting the system of laws and regula- tions, establishing the standards of technique, improving work mechanism.
