针对后方器材仓库人员数量配置方法量化不足的实际情况，分析了后方器材仓库人员类别及配置的主要影响因素，建立了保管员、操作手、技术员以及工程师需求数量测算模型，并通过示例说明模型的有效性和可操作性，所建立的模型可为后方器材仓库编制制定和人员优化提供科学依据。

Aiming at the fact that the rear materials depository lacked quantitative method for personnel distribution, this pa- per analyzed personnel type and influence factors of personnel distribution. Calculating models were built for storeman, e- quipment operator, technical personnel and engineer quantity needing. Application cases proved applicability and maneu- verability of the models, and the models can support scientific foundation for personnel level or optimization in rear materi- als depository.
