摘要
为了有效地实施军事逆向物流战略，为军事逆向物流的开展和实施提供理论依据，筛选出军事逆向物流12个阻碍因素，以解释结构模型为分析方法，根据阻碍因素的驱动力和依赖性进行归类和分析，建立各要素间的多级递阶结构模型，揭示阻碍因素之间的相互关系。研究结果使复杂的军事逆向物流决策问题变得简洁和明晰，提高了决策精度，并为积极主动地处理这些障碍提供了依据。
In order to implement military reverse logistics stratagem effectively and offer theoretic foundation for developing military reverse logistics, this paper used interpretive structural model as analytic method to classify and analyze the select- ed 12 main impediments factors of military reverse logistics based on their driver power and dependence power. A multi - level hierarchic structural model of each factor was established and the relation among the factors was revealed. The re- search results translate complicated military reverse logistics decision - making problems into laconic and transparent problems, improve decision - making precision and offer basis for dealing with these impediments.
