Inspection and Appraisal of Floated Basement in an Incomplete Building

某"烂尾楼"工程不仅存在地下室上浮损伤和开裂老化等质量问题,还缺失前期施工资料和验收手续。对此,结合规范要求和以往经验,检测分析上浮对结构的损伤影响,查明原有结构施工质量问题和后期老化问题,并通过抽查验证和沉降观测来检测和评定基础,最终对工程进行安全性鉴定并提出处理意见。检测鉴定为验收和盘活该烂尾楼提供了坚实的依据,取得了显著的经济效益和综合效益。

An incomplete building was full of many problems： not only a floated damaged basement, cracking and aging, but also losing the engineering material and lack of formally acceptance. According to standards and basing on experiences, we inspected and analyzed the influence of floating to the structure, found out the problems of construction and ageing, assessed the foundation by spot test and settlement observation, made a safety appraisal and proposed suggestions for reinforcing finally. Inspection and appraisal provided solid reference for engineering acceptance and revitalization, and got good economical and comprehensive benefits.
