工程监理在施工阶段工程造价动态控制研究

Research on the Engineering Dynamic Cost Control for the Engineering Supervisor in the Construction Phase

从工程监理的角度出发,对科研试验大楼项目进行施工阶段工程造价动态控制研究。利用赢得值原理分析项目相关数据,得到计划和实际进展的偏差(成本偏差和进度偏差)。通过分析偏差产生的原因,及时制定有效的改进措施。实践表明,工程监理采取的改进措施有效地解决了成本失控和进度拖延的问题。

research of engineering dynamic cost control during construction for scientific research and test building project from the viewpoint of engineering supervisor was done. The cost difference（ cost and schedule ） between planed and actual development was gained by analysis the data of project by use of earned value principle. Established the effect modified measures in time by analysis the reason of cost difference. The practice express that the modified measure adopted by the engineering supervisor solved the problems of cost lose control and schedule delayed.
