摘要
近年来颅脑损伤后吞咽困难的相关研究越来越多,既往研究显示颅脑损伤后吞咽障碍发生率高,口腔期及咽期障碍均可出现,并且一些相关因素有助于评估患者的吞咽功能。本文从流行病学、评估方法、障碍特点、相关因素、治疗方法、临床转归等方面对颅脑损伤患者吞咽障碍的研究进行综述。
The incidence of swallowing disorder is high in previous research both in oral and pharyngeal stage, and there are many relat- ed factors contributing to the assessment of swallowing function. This article reviewed the research progress of dysphagia after traumatic brain injury （TBI） from epidemiology, assessment methods, characteristics, risk factors, therapeutic strategies and clinical outcome.
