丹参川芎嗪的临床应用进展与不良反应研究

目的:对目前丹参川芎嗪的临床应用进展与不良反应进行汇总分析,探讨其在临床中的合理应用范围。方法:根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《药品不良反应报告和监测工作指南》,利用万方数据库1998～2012年相关数据,以"丹参川芎嗪"和"参芎"为关键词进行搜索,关于"丹参川芎嗪"和"参芎"相关的论文458篇,结合我院使用该药物的情况,通过对1145例有效案例进行汇总和分析。结果:丹参川芎嗪的临床应用范围越来越广,不良反应发生率低。结论:医护人员在严格掌握丹参川芎嗪的适应症、禁忌症及用法、用量的情况下,加强用药监护,适当拓宽临床应用范围,收集未知的不良反应,为临床合理用药提供参考。

Objective： To present the clinical application of Danshen Chuanxiongqin and adverse reaction were pooled analysis, to study the clinical reasonable application. Methods： according to the ＂guiding principles for clinical application of antibacterial＂, ＂adverse drug reaction reporting and monitoring guidelines, using the Wanfang database＂19982012＂on＂Danshen Chuanxiongqin ＂ and ＂Shenxiong＂ search for key words on Danshen Chuanxiongqin ＂and related ＂Shenxiong＂ paper458, combine me home use of the drug situation, through to 1145 example eases effectively undertake collect and analysis. Results： the clinical application of Danshen Chuanxiongqin widespread clinical use, more and more wide range, a low incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion： health care professionals in strict control of Danshen Chuanxiongqin indications, contraindications, dosage and usage condition, strengthen the monitoring of medicine, widened the scope of clinical application, collecting unknown adverse reactions, provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
