目的:分析我院临床药学工作开展情况。方法:通过分析现有临床药师制度和工作现状,探讨我院临床药学工作不足和改进措施。结果结论:获得医护人员和患者的理解与支持,加大培养人才力度,结合本医院专科性质阶段性开展临床药学工作,是目前较为可行的一种工作模式。

Objective：To analysis the development of our hospital clinical pharmacy mode. Methods：By analyzing the system and present situation of clinical pharmacist, the work insutiqciency and improvement measures of the clinical pharmacist in our hospital were discussed. Results＆Conclusions： Clinical pharmacy should be developed by the understanding and support from medical staff and patients, increasing the intensity of training and combining with the hospital specialist nature.That＇s now a feasible working mode.
