摘要
随着触摸屏技术的广泛应用,触摸屏技术有了很大发展,由最初的电阻式触摸方式发展到现在的电容式触摸方式。目前最新的OGS触摸屏,对生产工艺也有了更高要求。文章介绍了一种新的贴合原理,即在真空状态下用硅胶板实现两片玻璃基板的贴合,通过适当的分析计算和样机研制,验证了项目的可行性,消除了在常压状态下贴合时气泡和胶层一致性难以保证的缺点,达到了预期的效果。
With the wide application of touch panel technology, it has a great development from the initial resistive touch mode to the present capacitive touch mode. The new OGS touch screen must meet higher requirements in the production process. This paper introduces a kind of new attaching principle, namely in the vacuum state using silica gel plate to make two glass substrates attach. The feasibility of the project is verified through appropriate analysis and prototype samples development. It eliminates the defects that consistency between contact adhesive and bubbles is difficult to guarantee in the state of normal pressure, and it achieves the desired results.
