摘要 20世纪90年代起,在以美国为代表的西方国家的环境管理领域中,合作途径成为越来越重要的政策选择和管理实践,并受到了公共管理学界特别是环境管理研究者的广泛重视。基于概念演进的视角,本文以合作型环境管理的内涵厘清为基础,通过对它的理论和现实依据、影响因素以及过程和结果的评估进行系统梳理,尝试绘制一幅分析和理解合作型环境管理研究进展的图景。 Since 1990s, in many western countries, especially in the USA, collaborative approach has been used more and more frequently for natural resource protection and environmental management, and paid broader attention to by public managers and researchers. Based on the perspective of definition evolution, this paper will firstly clarify the connotation of collaborative environmental management, by giving a systematic effort to arrange and examine its theoretical and empirical evidence, impact factors, evaluation of process and outcome, so as to make a drawing to analyze and understand the research progress of collaborative environmental management.
