离子液体中固体酸催化合成四氢呋喃和四氢吡喃衍生物 被引量:1

Synthesis of tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydropyran derivatives catalyzed by solid acids in ionic liquids

摘要 在固体酸SO42-/SnO2-Fe2O3或S2O82-/SnO2-Fe2O3或钨磷酸(H3PW12O40)催化下,由离子液体介质中不饱和醇出发,以高收率制得四氢呋喃和四氢吡喃衍生物。讨论了硫酸、对甲基苯磺酸、三氟甲基磺酸、固体酸SO42-/SnO2-Fe2O3或S2O82-/SnO2-Fe2O3或钨磷酸对反应转化率的影响。结果表明,在固体酸和离子液体催化体系中,利用不饱和醇成功地制得了四氢呋喃和四氢吡喃衍生物,收率达到90%以上,且反应体系可循环使用。 Synthesis of tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydropyran derivatives catalyzed by solid acids SO4^2-/SnO2-Fe2O3 or S2O8^2-/SnO2-Fe2O3 or tungstophosphoric acid (Ha PW12O40 ) were conveniently performed with high yield from the corresponding unsaturated alcohols in ionic liquid. The effect of sufuric acid (H2SO4), trifluoro mathanesulfonic acid (TfOH), p-toluenesulfonic acid (TsOH), solid acids SO4^2-/SnO2-Fe2O3 or S2O8^2-/SnO2-Fe2O3 and tungstophosphorie acid (H3 PW12 040 ) on conversion were also explored for preparing these products in ionic liquid. The tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydropyran derivatives were prepared successfully in more than yield of 90% from the corresponding unsaturated alcohols in ionic liquid catalyzed by solid acids. The cata lysts and ionic liquid can be easily recovered and reused in this method.
