摘要
针对传统电脱水器对原油三次采出液处理困难的难题,提出了高频脉冲原油电脱水的方法,并详细分析了利用该方法进行原油脱水的优点.结合现场脱水工艺的要求,给出了高频脉冲原油电脱水供电装置的实现方案,并开发出以三相全桥可控整流、IGBT全桥逆变为核心的新型高频脉冲原油电脱水供电装置.针对原油电脱水实际应用中经常出现的高压短路现象,提出了长时间范围内的恒流与恒压和短时间范围内过流与过压的双重保护方案.经现场试验验证,该装置具有运行稳定、脱水效率高和节能等优点,实现了设计要求,并满足了油田现场原油电脱水的需求.
To solve the problems of difficult dehydration for the crude oil produced by tertiary oil production technique in conventional electric dehydrator, high-frequency pulse crude oil electric dehydration method is proposed and the advantages of this method is analyzed in detail in this paper. Combining with the requirements of electric dehydration process in the oil field, the implementation of crude oil dehydration power supply equipment with high-frequency pulse is given, and a new high voltage power supply device is developed based on high-fre- quency pulsed electric field dehydration, which is mainly constructed by the three-phase full-bridge controlled recti- fier and IGBT full-bridge inverter scheme. Dual protection scheme of constant-current and constant-voltage in a long time and over-current and over-voltage in a short time is proposed for the common phenomenon of high voltage short circuit in the practical application of crude oil electric dehydration. The field test results shaw that the devices developed in this paper has the advantages of excellent operating stability, high dehydration efficiency and high energy saving rate, which achieve design requirements and meet the needs of the field electric dehydration of crude oil.
