摘要
为解决原料煤供应的地域和煤种差异问题,结合航天炉粉煤加压气化技术特点,对新疆保利煤和陕西神木煤按不同比例进行掺混试烧。总结掺混试烧期间气化炉工况和对消耗的影响,得到了陕西神木煤与新疆保利煤掺烧的最佳工艺条件,即神木煤∶保利煤=30%∶70%、操作温度控制在1 350~1 450℃,在此条件下的工况和工艺指标稳定,入炉煤耗最低;但综合各因素,神木煤∶保利煤=50%∶50%的经济效益最佳。
In order to solve the problem of difference in places supplying feed coal and types of coal, the technological features of Hangtian gasifier based on pulverized coal pressure gasification are utilized, and trial burning is carried out with Xinjiang Baoli coal and Shaanxi Shenmu coal blended in various proportions. A sum-up is made of work condition of the gasifier during trial burning of blended coals and its effect on consumption, and optimum technological conditions are obtained in blended coal burning, viz., Shenmu coal:Baoli coal = 30% : 70% , work temperature controlled at 1 350 - 1 450 ℃. Under these conditions the work condition and process indices are stable, and the consumption of coal entering the gasifier is the lowest, but by synthesis of various factors the best economic benefit is derived at Shenmu coal:Baoli coal = 50% : 50%.
