摘要 针对目前水煤浆耐火砖气化炉的实际运行情况,结合清华大学开发的第2代水煤浆水冷壁夹套气化炉在其他企业的改造成果,对水煤浆耐火砖气化炉进行改造,以拓宽原料路线、延长运行周期和提高综合运行效益。对耐火砖气化炉燃烧室部分进行相应改造后,运行安全性、稳定性提高,对煤种灰熔点要求降低,运行周期延长,产气量增加,经济效益显著。 In view of the present actual running of the coal-water slurry refractory brick gasifier, together with the renovation achievements in other enterprises of the second-generation coal-water slurry water-cooled wall jacket gasifier developed by Qinghua University, a modification is carried out of the coal-water slurry refractory brick gasifier, so as to broaden out the feedstock routes, prolong operation cycle and improve comprehensive operation benefit. Relevant renovation is done of the combustion chamber of the refractory brick gasifier, operation safety and stability improve, the requirement for ash fusion point of coal is lowered, the operation cycle prolongs, gas production increases, and economic benefit is remarkable.
