摘要
介绍了高效冷凝、低安装高度CO2汽提法尿素生产工艺在扩产改造传统水溶液全循环法尿素装置上的应用。改造后,尿素装置的生产能力由原100 kt/a提高至150 kt/a,生产吨尿素节约蒸汽0.4 t、冷却水50 t、电30 kW·h。通过对投资、装置消耗和经济效益等方面进行分析,项目总投资约5400万元,投产后3.3年即可收回全部投资。
A presentation is given of the use of the CO2 stripping urea process with high- efficiency condensation and low mounting height in the expansion and renovation of the traditional aqueous solution total recycle urea unit. After the modification the capacity of the urea unit is increased from 100 kt/a to 150 kt/a, the steam consumption is lowered by 0.4 t per ton of urea, cooling water by 50 t, and electricity by 30 kW · h. An analysis of investment, plant consumption and economic benefit shows the total investment of the project is about 54 million yuan and can be recovered within 3.3 years after commissioning.
