摘要
原合成气压缩机自控系统采用单元仪表集装式控制,存在故障率高、可靠性低、控制精度差、维护量大、各元件存在动作不灵敏等问题,容易引起误动作或拒动等生产事故。采用PLC S7-313C+嵌入式系统的TPC105-TD33液晶触摸屏结构改造后,以"三取二"表决程序逻辑运算处理,提高了自控系统的准确性、可靠性和智能化。改造后,合成气压缩机再未发生因控制系统误动作或拒动的生产事故。
The automatic control system for the syngas compressor originally uses unit instrument aggregative control, but the failure rate is high, reliability low, control precision poor, maintenance rate high and elements insensitive in action, liable to cause maloperation or refusal to operation. Modification is done of the TPC105-TD33 liquid crystal touch screan structure with PLC S7-313C + flush bonading system, logical operation is carried out with "three adpot two" voting procedure, the accuracy of the automatic control system is improved, also the reliability and intelligence. After renovation the syngas compressor has never seen production troubles due to malfunction of the control system a refusal to operation.
