摘要
对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定运动食品中锌含量进行不确定度评定。通过对该方法人员、设施和环境条件、检测方法及方法确认、设备、测量的溯源性、抽样等方面的全面评估,测量值为36.36mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为1.38mg/kg,K=2。该方法的不确定度较小,方法准确度较高,可用于科学指导功能食品的使用。
The content of iron in functional food was measured by the atomic absorption spectrometry , and the uncertainty was obtained by evaluating the influence of personnel , equipments , environment conditions , testing method , measurement traceability and sampling . The content of iron in functional food was 36 . 3 6mg / kg ,and the expande d uncertainty was 1 . 38mg / kg ,K = 2 . We find the uncertainty is small , and the accuracy is high , which can give scientific guidance for the use of functional food .
