三联疗法用于外阴阴道感染性疾病的临床观察

Clinical observation of treating patients with vulvovaginal infectious diseases by triple therapy

目的:观察三联疗法用于治疗外阴阴道感染性疾病的疗效。方法:将2009年10月至2011年10月来我院妇科就诊及进行宫颈癌普查的患者各1000例;随机分为两组,分别采用三联疗法与单纯使用对症的外用药物治疗并观察比较两种方法的疗效和副反应。结果:在各种外阴阴道感染性疾病中,三联疗法治疗各种外阴阴道感染性疾病的效果明显好于单纯使用对症的外用药物治疗组、临床有效率分别达到96.5%及56.2%。结论:三联疗法治疗各种外阴阴道感染性疾病安全、可靠、效果好。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of treating patients with vulvovaginal infectious diseases by triple therapy. Methods： 2000 cases of gynecological clinic and cervical cancer screening（respectively 1000 cases）in October 2009 to October 2011,were randomly divided into two groups. Triple therapy and only external use drug were respectively used in different group in which curative effect and side effects were observed in two groups. Results： In various vulvovaginal infectious diseases,the effect of triple therapy was significantly better than that in only external use drug group in which effective power were respectively 96.5% and 56.2%. Conclusion： Triple therapy for various vulvovaginal infectious diseases is safe,reliable and favorite effect .
