Change of blood routine examination results among workers exposed to benzene and benzene series

目的探讨小型家具厂接触苯及苯系物对从业人员血常规的影响。方法对418名接触苯及苯系物和367名不接触苯及苯系物人员进行健康检查和血常规分析,在单因素分析的基础上,进行非条件多因素logistic分析。结果接触苯及苯系物人员白细胞减少78例(18.66%),血小板减少43例(10.29%),对照组分别为38(10.35%)、29例(7.9%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论接触苯及苯系物对从业人员血常规改变有直接作用,且与接触水平呈正相关。

[ Objective] To investigate the effect of exposure to benzene and benzene series on blood routine examination results of workers. [ Methods] Health examination and blood routine examination analysis were performed on 418 workers exposed to benzene and benzene series and 367 workers without exposure. The analysis included univariate analysis and non - conditional multifactor logistic analysis. [ Resets] The analysis showed leucopenia on 78 cases （ 18. 66% ） and thrombocytopenia on 43 cases （ 10. 29% ） in exposure group, and 38 { 10. 35% ） , 29cases （7. 9% ） , respectively in control group; the differences between 2 groups were significant （P 〈0. 01 ） . [ Conclusion] Exposure to benzene and benzene series has direct effect on blood routine examination results of workers, and positively correlates with exposure levels.
