卡托普利属于血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI),在成人内科已经作为第一线降压药物。在临床中,逐渐发现其除降压外,对心力衰竭、心肌病,心肌炎等疾病也有较好疗效。在儿科,使用卡托普利也日趋广泛,作者从儿科临床使用卡托普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭、肺炎合并心力衰竭、心肌炎、扩张型心肌病、肾病综合征、过敏性紫癜肾炎、血管迷走性晕厥等几方面进行了综述。

Captopril belongs to the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors { ACEI ）, and is used as the first-line antihypertensive drug in adult department of internal medicine. In clinic, it has been observed that Captopril has not only the antihypertensive effect, but also obvious effect on heart failure, cardiomyopathy and myocarditis. In the department of pediatrics, the application of Captopril is gradually extensive. Author reviewed the clinical application of Captopril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure, heart failure complicated by pneumonia, myocarditis, dilated cardiomyopathy, nephrotic syndrome, henoch-schonlein pur- pura nephritis and vasovagal syncope in the department of pediatrics.
