摘要
目的探讨该院药品不良反应(ADR)报告发生规律和特点。方法对184例ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果 184例ADR中,由抗微生物药物引起的ADR居首位137例(64.0%);ADR临床表现以皮肤及附件损害最为常见183例(52.7%);严重的ADR16例(8.7%);由静脉滴注给药引起ADR最多[167例(78.0%)]。结论 ADR监测工作仍需努力改进,报告的例数和质量有待提高;加强合理用药以减少和避免ADR的发生,不断提高用药安全和ADR监测技术。
Objective To investigate the occurrence and characteristic of adverse drug reaction（ADR） report in our hospital. Methods Retrospective analysed 184 cases ADR reports. Results In 184 cases ADR reports, caused by the anti- microbial agents ADR ranks first in 137 cases （64.0%） ;ADR clinical manifestations of the most common skin and appendages in 183 cases （52. 7% ）;Serious ADR 16 cases （8. 7%） ; Bycaused by intravenous infusion ADR was best [ 167 cases （78.0%） ]. Conclusion The ADR monitoring effort is still needed to improve the number of case and the quality of the report needs to be improved in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR;Strengthen the rational use of drugs, and constantly improve medication safety and ADR monitoring technology.
