舒适护理在急诊胃管留置中的应用

Application of comfort nursing on gastric tube indwelling in department of emergency

目的探讨舒适护理在在急诊胃管留置中的应用效果。方法将急诊需行胃管留置患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予舒适护理模式,对照组给予常规护理。比较2组留置胃管时不适感发生率、一次性置管成功率及置管时间。结果观察组患者置管时恶心呕吐、呛咳、咽痛发生率低于对照组,一次性置管成功率高于对照组,置管时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊留置胃管患者实施舒适护理能提高置管成功率,减轻患者不适,缩短置管时间,提升急诊护理质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing on gastric tube indwelling in department of emergency. Methods 60 cases patients of gastric tube indwelling in department of emergency were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Observation group were given comfort care mode, control group received conventional care. Compared incidence of discomfort when catheterization, one-time catheterization success rate and catheterization time of two groups. Results The incidence rate of omiting, cough, sore throat in observation group were lower than those in control group, one-time catheterization success rate was higher than that in control group, catheterization time was shorter than that in control group, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patient of gastric tube indwelling in depart- ment of emergency implement comfort care can improve the success rate of catheter, reduce patient discomfort, shorten cannula- tion time,improve the quality of emergency care, and is worthy of clinical application.
