经皮肝穿刺胆道引流常见并发症分析

目的探讨经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术(Percutaneous transhepati ccholangial drainage,PTCD)后常见并发症的特点及其处理措施。方法回顾性分析自2009年1月～2012年1月对83例阻塞性黄疸进行PTCD治疗的术后并发症。结果主要并发症为出血、胸膜损伤、胆道感染、胆漏、胰腺炎、导管堵塞、引流管脱出等。相应的治疗措施包括止血、抗感染、腹腔引流、支架再置入等。结论 PTCD是治疗阻塞性黄疸的主要方法,预防和处理其并发症应值得注意。

Objective To evaluate the characteristics and treatment measures of common complications in percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage （ PTCD ）. Methods A retrospective analysis was done about postoperative complications in 83 cases with obstructive jaundice received PTCD treatment from January, 2009 to January, 2012. IResulfs The main complication included bleeding, injury of pleura, biliary tract infection, biliary leakage, pancreatitis, catheters, drainage tube prolapse and others. The corresponding treatment measures included hemostasis, resistance to infection, abdominal cavity drainage, bracket placement. Conclusion PTCD is the main method of treatment for obstructive jaundice, prevention and treatment of its complications should be worthy of note.
