髂静脉受压综合征合并左下肢深静脉血栓的综合介入治疗

目的探讨综合介入疗法治疗髂静脉受压综合征合并左下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果和应用价值。方法 2002年7月至2011年6月,回顾性分析214例髂静脉受压综合征合并左下肢深静脉血栓的患者,采用包括下腔静脉滤器置入、动脉留置导管溶栓、机械性血栓碎吸、髂静脉球囊扩张、支架置入等综合介入治疗。结果所有患者无肺栓塞发生。术后1周、2周、4周的有效率分别为97.2%、98.6%、100%。结论 综合介入方法治疗髂静脉受压综合征合并左下肢深静脉血栓是安全、有效的。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and value of comprehensive interventional treatment in left iliac vein compression syndrome （IVCS） and deep vein thrombosis （DVT）. Methods From July 2002 to June 2011, inferior vena cava filter implantation, arterial indwelling catheter thrombolysis, mechanical thrombus aspiration,balloon dilatation angioplasty and stent implantation were performed in 214 patients with DVT caused by IVCS. Both the clinical data and the therapeutic results were retrospectively analyzed. Results No pulmonary embolism occurred in all patients. The effective power was respectively 97.2%, 98.6%, 100% one week, two weeks, three weeks after treatment. Conclusion The way of comprehensive interventional treatment for left iliac vein compression syndrome complicated with deep vein thrombosis is safe and effective.
