B-Lynch缝合术治疗56例产后出血的可行性及疗效

目的探讨B-Lynch缝合术在治疗剖宫产产后出血的可行性及临床疗效。方法将56例采用B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的患者作为观察组,将同期60例采用综合止血法治疗剖宫产产后出血的患者作为对照组,比较两组患者手术成功率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后24h出血量。结果观察观察组术后子宫收缩良好,无产后出血发生,对照组发生产后出血6例;与对照组相比,手术时间、术中出血量、术后24h出血量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用B-Lynch缝合术可以有效治疗剖宫产产后出血。

Objective Explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of the B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 56 cases of patients with B-Lynch suture treatment of postpartum hemorrhage as the observation group. The same period, 60 cases using comprehensive hemostasis treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in patients as the control group. Compared with two groups success rate of operation, operative time, blood loss, amount of bleeding. Results The 56 cases of patients with B-Lynch suture treatment Uterine contraction is good, no postpartum hemorrhage after operation, Compared with the control group, operative time, blood loss, postoperative 24h the amount of bleeding,, there are differences with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion B-Lynch suture can be effective treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
