急性脑血管病意识障碍患者的临床诊治分析

目的探讨急性脑血管病患者出现意识障碍的临床表现、发病机制和诊治经验。方法回顾性分析神经内科于2010年～2011年期间收治的106例急性脑血管病意识障碍患者的临床资料,分析其特点和诊治过程。结果所有患者中,脑出血44例,脑血栓25例,蛛网膜下腔出血2例,其他疾病35例。结论对于急性脑血管疾病并有意识障碍的患者,应该根据患者的不同情况及时的采取处理措施,以缩小病变的范围,促进脑功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical manifestation, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease with consciousness disorders. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 106 patients with consciousness disorders of acute cerebrovascular disease from 2010 to 2011. Results In all patients,44 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 25 cases of cerebral thrombosis,2 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage,35 cases of other diseases. Conclusion The highest incidence of consciousness disorders was autumn and winter, the high paroxysmal age was from 44 to 70 years old.The cerebral hemorrhage was the most disease, also was the most serious disease, the lighter symptoms for disease was cerebral thrombosis, the symptom of subarachnoid hemorrhage was sometimes serious,sometimes light. The inciting factors of consciousness disorders were overwork, drinking and agitation.The treatment measures were control pressure and intrecranial hypertension, special treatments were used for special circumstances.
