摘要
目的:观察加味四妙勇安汤对MRSA的抗菌效果。方法:1.采用M—H肉汤二倍稀释法测定加味四妙勇安汤对MRSA的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值。推算出MICso和MICgo值;2.用纸片扩散法观察加味四妙勇安汤MIC50、MIC90下抑菌环,及其与苯唑西林钠共同作用下的抑菌环大小。结果:加味四妙勇安汤对MRSA的MICso为7.8mg/ml,MIC90为15.6mg/ml;并以此MIC浓度下联合苯唑西林抑菌环明显大于单纯苯唑西林抑菌环,其差异具统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:加味四妙勇安汤体外对MRsA菌株具有一定的抑菌作用,且可增强抗生素抗菌效果。
Objective: To observe the treatment of four Miao Yong An Decoction on MRSA antibacterial effect. Methods: 1 using M--H broth dilution method for de- termination of two modified four Miao Yong An Decoction on M.RSA minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) value, calculated the MIC5090and MIC2 value; by disk dif fusion method to observe the modified four Miao Yong an 50, soup MIC MIC 90of bacteriostatic ring, and oxacillin sodium under the joint action of bacteriostatic ring size. Results: modified four Miao Yong An Decoction on MRSA MICs0 for 7.8mg/ml, MIC 90is 15.6mg/ml; and then the concentration of MIC combined oxaeillin bacteriostatic ring was significantly greater than the simple oxacillin baeteriostatic ring, the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: modified four Miao Yong An Decoction in vitro on strain MRSA has some antibacterial effect, and can enhance the effect of antibiotics.
