培养学生的综合职业能力是高等职业教育的核心培养目标。由于传统教学模式不能很好地适应学生综合能力培养的要求，故本文从学习教材、教学场所、教学过程、师资队伍、考核方式五个方面进行一体化教学模式改革，提高学生的综合职业能力。
