改良式开叉病员裤在经股动脉穿刺行冠脉造影术后的应用和探讨

Modified split pants for patients in coronary artery angiography via femoral artery puncture for postoperative application and discussion

目的：探讨改良武开叉病员裤在经股动脉穿刺行冠脉造影及介入治疗术后应用的效果。方法：实验组131例，术后穿改良式开又病员裤；对照组114例，术后穿传统病员裤。观察两组患者术后穿刺处渗血或出血的发生率及舒适度。结果：实验组术后穿刺处渗血或出血的发生率及患者舒适度显著优于对照组（P〈O．01），且患者对术后护理满意度也显著提高（P〈O．01）。结论：改良式开叉病员裤在经股动脉穿刺行冠脉造影及介入治疗术后的应用，能有效降低患者术后并发症的发生，并提高患者舒适度。

Objective： To explore the improved split pants for patients after femoral artery puncture coronary angiography and interventlonal therapy of post- operative application effect. Methods： in the experimental group131 cases, postoperative wear modified slash--silt patient trousers; a control group of 114 ca- ses, postoperative wear traditional trousers. Observation of the two groups of patients with bleeding or hemorrhage puncture point after the incidence and degree of comfort. Results： the experimental group after the puncture site bleeding or hemorrhage rate and patient comfort is signlficantly better than the control group （ P〈0.01）, and patients on postoperative nursing satisfaction also improved significantly （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： the improved split pants for patients after femoral artery puncture coronary angiography and interventlonal therapy of postoperative application, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative corn plications, and improve patient comfort.
