完全性肺静脉异位引流的MSCT与TE对比分析

Comparative Analysis of MSCT and TE Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection

目的：探讨MSCT与TE对完全性肺静脉异位引流的诊断价值。方法：对18倒完全性肺静脉异位引流患儿的MSCT和TE资料进行分析。结果：18例患儿经MSCT检查确诊18例，准确率100％；经TE检查确诊15例，准确率83．3％。结论：联合应用MSCT和TE可以满足完全性肺静脉异位引流的诊断。

Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT and TE in patients with total anomalous pulmonary venous connection （TAPVC） . Methods： MSCT and TE data in 18 children with TAPVC proved by operation were analysed. Results： 18 children with TAPVC were diagnosed by MSCT and 15 children with TAPVC were diagnosed by TE. Conclusions： MSCT and TE were able to meet the requirement for the diagnosis and typing TAPVC.
