护理程序在外院置入PICC导管中的应用

Clinical application of nursing process for PICC catheter from outside the hospital

目的探讨护理程序在外院带入PICC导管维护中的应用及效果。方法运用护理程序对31例外院带入PICC导管进行全面评估，全程监测，客观性、预见性地处理置管期间的护理问题，定期进行效果分析。结果除1例置入72d的导管因静脉血栓，提前拔管外，其余均保留至全程治疗结束。结论运用护理程序完成PICC置管后导管的维护，可延长导管的留置时间，减少并发症，提高导管的维护质量。

Objective To evaluate clinical application of nursing process for PICC catheter from outside the hospital. Methods Comprehensive assessment the 31 cases of the PICC catheter from outside the hospital with nursing program, monitoring the process and treatment the nursing problems during intubation, and analysis the effect. Results One case with placement of the catheter was early extubated because venous thrombosis after 72 days,and remaining patients were re- tained to the end of the whole treatment. Conclusion Using nursing process in maintenance of PICC catheter can complete the PICC catheter,and reducing com- plications and improving catheter maintenance quality.
