卵巢癌患者血清TNFIL-8检测的临床价值

目的：为探讨卵巢癌患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）及白细胞介素～8（IL～8）水平变化情况。方法：采用放射免疫分析法对40例卵巢癌患者血清TNF，IL-8进行定量分析。并与50例健康体检者进行比较。结果：卵巢癌组血清TNF，IL-8值明显高于健康对照组（p〈0．01）。结论：TNF，IL-8检测对于卵巢癌患者的诊断治疗有十分重要的临床价值。

Objective： To investigate the ovarian cancer serum tumor necrosis factor （ TNF ） and interleukin 8（IL-8） level changes. Methods： by radio- immunoassay in 40 patients with ovarian cancer serum TNF, IL-8 were quantitatively analyzed, and 50 healthy subjects were compared. Results： the ovarian cancer group, the serum TNF, IL-8 were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： TNF, IL-8 detection for patients with ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment are very important clinical value.
