112例2型糖尿病患者检测CRP与颈动脉硬化临床分析
摘要
目的：了解DM并发心脑血管病的原因，方法：对112例糖尿病DM病人，进行颈动脉硬化测定和CRP检测，并与DM病人血糖控制程度及病程进行分析，结果：DM病人血糖控制程度和病程与颈动脉硬化程度和CRP呈正相关，结论：DM病人引起动脉硬化是由慢性血管炎症引起。DM病人血糖控制越差，病程越长，越易引起颈动脉硬化，且与颈动脉硬化程度呈正相关。
