艾迪注射液对晚期高龄非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量的研究

Effects of Aidi injection on Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Advanced Non--small Cell Lung Cancer

目的：观察艾迪注射液对晚期高龄非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法：对28例高龄（年龄≥65岁）Ⅲb-Ⅳ期NSCLC患者予以艾迪注射液60—80ml／日，连用28天为1周期，间隔2天，2周期为一疗程。以卡氏评分和肺癌症状量表（LungCancerSymptomScale，LCSS）为工具评价治疗前后生活质量并进行比较。结果：该研究中患者治疗后近期疗效T淋巴细胞亚群、淋巴细胞转化率及身体、角色、认知、社会功能、物理症状、情绪状态、总体生活质量及健康水平较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论：艾迪注射液能够提高晚期高龄非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量。

Objective To assess the effect of Aidi injection on quality of life（QOL） of elderly patients with non-- small cell lung cancer. Methods 28 Patients with ther- apy-naive, stage IIIB/IV, ages 65 years or older, were eligible. Therapy consisted of Aidi injection （60--80ml/d） on days 1--28, every 30 days ,at least for 2 cycles. Karnovsky performance status（KPS） and Lung Cancer Symptom Scale（LCSS）were used to assess the quality of life of these patients. Results Comparing with before thera- py , the short --term effectiveness , T -- lymphocyte subpopulation and lymphocytes negative rates ,functions of physiology , role ,recognition , society , symptoms , E motion ,whole QOL and health level after therapy of the patients was significantly improved （ P 〈0.05or 0. 01） . Conclusion Aidi injection improved short--term QOL in elderly patients with advanced non-- small ceil lung cancer.
