复方甘草酸苷片（美能）治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察

目的：观察复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法：120例患者随机分成两组，治疗组口服复方甘草酸苷片75mg3a／X和咪唑斯汀10mg1次／天，对照组口服咪唑斯汀10mg1a／X，疗程4周，观察疗效，记录不良反应。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为93．33％和80．0％，治疗组与对照组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）且治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈O．01），两组不良反应轻微。结论：复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好，安全可靠。

objective： to observe the compound glycyrrhizic acid treatment of chronic urticaria of nucleoside clinical efficacy and safety. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （oral compound glycyrrhizic acid, a 75 mg three times/days and sulfonated）, 10 mg 1 time/day, the control group oral sulfonated）, 10 mg 1 time/day, treatment 4 weeks, observation curative effect, record adverse reactions. Results： treatment group and con- trol group effective rate was 93.33~ and 80.0~, the treatment group compared with controls, （P ~ 0.01） and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, and the recurrence rate （P〈 0.01）, two groups of adverse reactions mild. Conclusiom compound glycyrrhizic acid treatment of chronic urticaria of nucleoside good curative effect, safe and reliable.
