改进无菌器械台布局对施械护士配合质量的影响

The effect of improving sterile instrument table arrangement on the cooperation of instrument nurses

目的探讨施械护士在手术配合中不同的器械台布局,获得快、准、灵配合质量的方法。方法连续观察普外科肝胆传统开腹手术器械台的器械布局摆放共100例,按手术先后顺序单双随机数字分为试验组和对照组各50例,分别实施规范布局摆放和个性化布局摆放的方法,比较拿取传递器械失误的次数及医师满意度。结果试验组血管钳、纱块、纱垫及缝针项目评价失误发生率低于对照组;且医师对试验组施械质量的满意率为96.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论器械物品规范化摆放有利于施械护士配合质量的提高。

Objective To discuss the method that instrument nurses in surgery can achieve great cooperation with fast, accurate and effective in different instrument table arrangement . Methods 100 samples about instrument table arrangement in general surgery department were monitored continuously. All of the samples were classified as experimental group and control group based on random odd and even numbers. The experimental group carried out standard arrangement, while the con- trol group carried out personalized arrangement. Compare the times of failure to deliver instruments and physician satisfaction of 2 groups. Results The incidence rate of failure about vessel forceps, gauze pieces, gauze pad and suture needle in experimen- tal group was lower than that of the control group; the satisfaction rate of physician in experimental group was 96.0% ,which was higher than 80.0% of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It will improve the work quality of instrument nurses if the instruments are placed standard.
