RUNX3表达调控机制的研究进展

摘要 RUNX3基因为一种新近发现的肿瘤抑制基因,能调控细胞的生长发育和凋亡,对细胞的信号转导和其他生物学效应有着重要而复杂的转录调控作用。本文就RUNX3基因的结构特点、调控机制的研究进展作简要综述。
