摘要
介绍了有关斜盘式轴向柱塞泵柱塞的结构设计及有限元分析。进一步提高斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的效率,减少流量损失。通过柱塞运动学分析和受力分析,明确柱塞的结构设计并确定主要参数,利用Pro/E软件建立柱塞的三维图形并用其自带的有限元分析模块Mechanica进行应力应变及相关分析。为提高和完善柱塞的结构性能提供了理论依据和实际方法。
This article introduced the structure designing about the swash-plate axial piston pump piston and the analysis of ANSYS software.To further improve the swash-plate axial piston pump efficiency and reduce the flow loss.Firstly clear the main parameters of the plunger determine by piston kinematics analysis and stress analysis.Built the piston 3 D graphics by Pro/E software and use its own finite element analysis Mechanica module in stress strain and correlation analysis.These will provide the theory basis and practical method to improve and perfect the piston structure function.
