摘要
液压支架与采煤机是煤矿机械开采的重要组成部分,液压支架起支护作用。根据液压支架的各种参数用SolidWorks设计液压支架的部件结构并建立几何装配模型,利用ANSYS分别对低位、中位、高位的杆系结构进行分析与优化,并进一步做出三维模型,划分网格进行分析计算。
Hydraulic powered support and coal excavator working together can achieve coal mining mechanization.Hydraulic powered support is used to bear pressure.This paper uses SolidWorks building a virtual hydraulic powered support,which based on the various structure parameters,then simulate the motion of the whole equipment to verify the rationality of design and assembling.Analyzing the low,medium,high position by ANSYS,getting optimization mesh by creating the 3D model and shield-beam finite element model,
