摘要
矿井多绳摩擦式提升机是利用钢丝绳和固定在卷筒上的摩擦衬垫之间的摩擦力传递动力,摩擦衬垫性能优劣直接影响提升机的提升能力及安全可靠性。研究不同摩擦衬垫的力学性能及其黏弹特性,并在摩擦磨损试验机上开展其摩擦学实验,研究摩擦衬垫在不同参数下耐磨损性能的变化规律,探讨耐磨性能与其基本力学性能及黏弹特性之间的关联关系。结果表明,材料磨损量与其弹性模量和抗压强度存在密切关系,弹性模量和抗压强度越大,磨损程度越小。
Multi-rope friction winder transferred power by friction force between rope and the liner fixed on drum of winder.The properties of friction liner directly affected ability to lift loads and reliability of mine hoist.The mechanical performance,viscoelastic behavior and friction properties of different friction liner were studied to investigate relationship between friction properties and other two in this paper.The tribology experiments were carried out to study changing rules of wear characteristics under different parameters.The results indicate that material wear is closely related to elastic modulus and compressive strength,which reduces with increasing of two factors.
