某矿用防爆胶轮车车架的动态仿真分析及结构优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 为改善某矿用防爆胶轮车的性能,优化胶轮车车架的结构,采用ADAMS软件对其进行虚拟样机实验,提取搓板路面工况下随机激励的峰值,进而通过有限元法对车架进行动态应力仿真分析,并对车架结构进行优化设计,在满足结构强度要求的情况下,车架质量减轻12%。 Mine explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle is a mine articulate dump truck.For improving its performance and optimizing structure of frame,the test for virtual prototype of vehicle are carried out based on software ADAMS.Virtual prototyping technology was used to simulate real load conditions for vehicle,then random excitation peaks of washboard road condition were extracted,which would be applied for finite element dynamic stress simulation analysis of vehicle.Structure optimization of main frame is carried out and mine explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle is improved.Within permissible stress range,the mass of main frame is reduced by 12%.
