摘要
以单绳缠绕式提升机斜井提升系统为模型,对提升机安全制动时的状态进行了数学建模,通过对数学模型进行简化与受力分析,得到了安全制动力矩与提升系统变位质量的相互关系;通过对安全制动力矩和最大制动力矩的分析,得到了提升系统固定部分变位质量与提升总质量对提升机制动方式选择的影响。
This paper takes the single rope winding hoist of inclined shaft hoisting system as the model,established the mathematical model of the hoist when it implemented the secure brake,based on the simplified mathematical model and stress analysis,obtained the relationship between the secure brake torque and the hoisting system equivalent mass.Based on the analysis of the secure brake torque and the maximum brake torque,obtained the effects of hoisting system fixed part equivalent mass and the total hoisting quality on the hoist braking mode selected.
