摘要 分析了曲轴动力学分析的基本理论,根据实际情况建立了合理的曲轴有限元模型,进行了模态分析,获得了曲轴前6阶固有频率和振型,进行了曲轴的瞬态动力学分析,获得了曲轴前端、后端的角位移和应力随曲轴转速的变化规律,为曲轴的设计、制造和维护提供了有利的理论依据。 The basic theory of the dynamic analysis of the crankshaft was analyzed,and the finite element model of the crankshaft was constructed according to the actual status,and the modal analysis was carried out,and the top six natural frequencies and corresponding modal shapes were obtained,and the transient dynamic analysis was carried out,and the changing rules of degree displacement and stress in the front and back part of the crankshaft was obtained,and results offered good support for designing,manufacturing and maintaining the crankshaft.
